Returns & Exchanges

As our collections are produced in limited quantities and often made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges as standard. However, in the rare event that you experience a genuine quality concern, we will carefully review the matter on a case-by-case basis.

Any quality concerns must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Please contact us at info@akssbyatya.com, including your order number and clear photographs of the issue. Our Quality Control team will assess the request and respond promptly.

Where a claim is approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement item, or
  • Store credit for future purchases

Important Information

  • Items that are custom-made, customised, or purchased at a discounted price are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
  • Approved items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Payment processing fees charged by third-party payment providers are non-refundable and may be deducted from any approved refund, where applicable.
  • Please note: While we make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, actual colours may vary slightly due to differences in lighting conditions, photography, screen resolutions, monitor settings, and individual device displays.

Shipping Policy

  • Complimentary shipping is offered on orders over £350 GBP (or the equivalent in your local currency).
  • Standard shipping rates apply to orders below this threshold and are calculated at checkout.
  • Each AKSS piece is carefully prepared and dispatched within approximately four weeks of the order date.
  • International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges.

Return Shipping (If Approved)

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a tracked or insured service for approved returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items returned without tracking.

Alternative Payment Methods

For your convenience, we offer select alternative payment options at checkout.

Where an order is placed using a third-party payment provider such as Klarna, any approved refund will be processed via the original payment method in accordance with the provider’s terms and timelines. Please note that payment processing fees charged by third-party providers are non-refundable and may be deducted from an approved refund where applicable.

Any instalment plans, balances, or payment schedules following a refund are managed directly by the payment provider.
